Roles & Responsibilities:Lead Quality Assurance Department to ensure delivery of quality tested software productsResponsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issuesInitiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problemsAnalyze complex functional/technical requirements, translate them into test casesPrepare a detailed test plan/strategy utilizing knowledge of the functional applicationCreate and execute manual and automated test plansRecord and document results and compare to expected resultsManage defect testing and validate software product correctionsRecognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments and proceduresExpert Level Skills Required In: Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical discipline.Experience managing a Software Quality Assurance team Automated Testing experience.Experience in manual and automated software testing techniquesAbility to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as neededAbility to manage quality assurance team and provide hands-on assistance as requiredExperience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server or comparable integrated development environmentEligibility Criteria: Candidate should be any graduate/post graduate in Computer Science or related degree program.Excellent communication & presentation skills.At least 1 years of relevant industry experience is required.Salary is no bar, for a right candidate.
