Job Description

Job Role:The Human Resources Manager is a site lead for HR and has the overall responsibility for the HR function. As HR Business Partner (HRBP), this position is also responsible for aligning business objectives by formulating partnerships across the HR function to proactively provide adequate & suitable people solutions to the business requirements & problems.Essential Duties:HRBP

  • Collaborate with local leadership and develop HR agenda to support site and organizational goals
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Policy and MIS
  • Policies and Procedures: Suggesting and assisting in creating, implementing & updating the HR systems and procedures.
  • Ensure that all the functions are performed in adherence to the policies.
  • HR Reports: Preparing HR Reports required by Management
Talent Management
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process of shortlisting, conducting interviews, salary negotiations
  • Conduct TNA, understand requirements from various department Managers / HOD
  • Design and implement relevant training programs. Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
  • Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
  • Analyze trends in hiring and exits and propose relevant changes / advise

  • Keep up to date and advise on employment statutes, rules, regulations, and policies affecting team members
  • Ensure all returns (monthly / bi-annual/ annual) are executed in a timely manner
Employee Relations
  • Timely review and response to all suggestions/concerns received from staff
  • Resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Audits
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth completion of audits
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders within the HR department for effective adherence of documents, policy, and processes
Qualification:Education
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving employee relations issues and knowledge of multiple HR functions
