Job Description

    As an HR Analyst based in Surat with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition within the manufacturing or electronics industries, particularly EMS and PCBA. Your key responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.- Managing end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.- Working directly with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.- Ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.- Facilitating smooth integration of new hires with role-specific training and orientation.- Tracking hiring metrics and anticipating staffing needs to support business growth.Qualifications and Experience required for this role include:- 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in small or growing organizations.- Prior experience in hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries, especially EMS or PCBA, is highly beneficial.Key skills, abilities, and know-how that you should possess:- Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and techniques.- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.- Ability to design and refine recruitment processes to align with business growth.- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics for improved hiring outcomes.- Comfort in managing multiple open positions and adjusting strategies in a fast-paced environment.Additionally, you will report to the Program Manager and Promoter, leading recruitment specifically for EMS industry roles, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and leveraging your expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing, and stakeholder management.
