Job Description

Minimum Qualification Needed A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA. Commerce graduates with strong banking background may also apply.Major Responsibilities*Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business Strong communication and interpersonal skills Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully Application implementation support and user training Create detailed and specific business requirement documents Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.Key Competencies*Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PPT, Excel, etc. A history of leading and supporting successful projects. Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems knowledge of banking is preferred. Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience around the Banking & Finance Domain. Well versed with SDLC.RemarksExp: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking domain or a related field.The applicant must have minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector/ financial software development.,
