Job Description

Position: Technical SupportLocation: ThrissurExperience: 1 yearIT Technical Support EngineerJob Location : Thrissur, Experience : 1 Years, Salary: INR 10,000-15,000 Job DescriptionResponsibilities:o Managing and Supporting the Entire IT Infrastructure.o Managing and supporting Web Hosting and Email Hosting.o Managing and Monitoring Web Hosting Panel like C Panel, Plesk Panel, etc.o Resolving IT Help Desk Calls, Emails and Resolving Client problem remotely through Team viewer/remote assistance or providing onsite support based on the type of problem.o Expertise in presentation and the delivery of information to Customers and to other team members.o Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.o Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.o Recommend web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations.o Inform web site users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates.o Provide training or technical assistance in web site implementation or use.o Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine web sites effectiveness or usability.o Evaluate or recommend System Hardware, Software, etc.o Identify or document backup or recovery plans.o Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.o Determine sources of web page or server problems, and take action to correct such problems.o Monitor systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks, and report security breaches to appropriate personnel.o Administer internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as web, file transfer protocol (FTP), news and mail servers. Qualifications:o At least 1 years of Technical Support experience in web development firm or any other.o Have a proven track record as a Technical Support handing a high pressure environment.o Ability to handle Local and International customers over Phone, Email, etc.o Have solid technical understanding of the web technologies.
