Job Description

    Greetings from Empower Consultant.!We have urgent opening for Account Assistant in leading Automation Solution Provider company at Vadodara.Job Title: Account AssistantQualification: B.COM Gradaute / Post GradauteLocation: Gorwa GIDC, VadodaraExperience: FresherOffice Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PMKey Responsibilities:
    • Assist in daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
    • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
    • Work on Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime) for data entry and record management
    • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
    • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
    • Support in GST-related documentation and basic compliance
    • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
    • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
    • Knowledge of Tally is mandatory
    • Basic understanding of MS Excel
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
