    • Team Handling Profile at Leadership Position
    • First three to six months no Sales Targets and Focusing on Team Building/ Fixing Distribution- Tieups with Dealers and Distributors.
    • Company will provide Class room Training to Distribution(100 hours)
    • Generating LIFE INSURANCE Business From Agency Distribution(Referral Business).
    • Company Branch Managers(Seniors) and Training Managers will help in joint calls.
