Job Description

    Position:Agency ManagerFunction: Agency SalesThe primary objective of this role is to recruit and develop high-quality insurance advisors, assist them in procuring health insurance policies, and deliver exceptional service to customers.Key Responsibilities:Retail Sales Execution:
    • Drive ongoing sales by leveraging established relationships and contributing to regional sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, direct pitches, and collaboration with channel partners to enhance sales.
    • Profile distributors to meet their needs and foster sustainable business growth.
    Distributor Empanelment & Engagement:
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-potential insurance advisors, ensuring they are licensed and achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct regular meetings to facilitate the empanelment and activation of distributors.
    • Regularly update the sales portal for efficient data analysis and reporting.
    • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure successful sales closures.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree.
    • Age: Up to 32 years.
    • Skills:
      • Willingness to engage in field sales.
      • Must be a local resident of Vadodara with a strong social network.
      • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
      • Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
