    Job Title: AGM/DGM Industrial EngineeringLocation: VadodaraExperience Required: 15 YearsDrive Industrial Engineering methodology at plant level DOJO Room Establishment and its operations Propose & work for different cost saving measures MTM implementation for better workplace ergonomics Plant Production Budgeting Provide MIS reports related to technical matters. Special projects of IE Engineering background( Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent ) Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Project Management Profound knowledge of industrial engineering processes Good understanding of various manufacturing processes like turning, grinding, honing, Heat Treatment. Strong leadership and coaching abilities To understand and build processes and relations Training on work study or Industrial engg./material planning / EP1 Systems MTM methodology of work place improvement Establishment of various. Industrial Engineering methods and tools at Palnt level Provide necessary MIS reports & other regular reports for smooth functioning like M/c performance report. Making cost saving / productivity improvement & achieve the savings as per targets given. Check on Monthly and quarterly DCC for the planned articles on machine Implementing MTM technique for work place analysis and its sustenance Implementing Move concept for Productivity & Quality improvement Budget Production Planning and Gateways Preparation Multi year Footprint planning in alignement with HQ (AP And Germany) Handling improvement Projects Guiding Industrial engineering team Manpower planning based on Man machine ratio study Quality of master data for better costs Business case Preparation and PPA out of PCM software Organize, prepare and maintain risk assessments and provide resources for correcting all sort comings, to sustain continuous improvement regarding environment Protection, Occupational Health and safety and fire PreventionInterested candidates can drop their resume on hidden_email,
