POSITION : QA MANAGERDEPARTMENT: DEVELOPMENT POSITIONLOCATION: VADODARAThe QA Tester-II leads quality assurance for complex applications, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven testing. They design and maintain scalable test frameworks, collaborate with agile teams, and ensure software quality through effective test planning and execution.With expertise in tools like Selenium, Playwright, C#, xUnit.net, and CI/CD pipelines, they improve efficiency, increase test coverage, and proactively manage risks. The role also includes performance testing (JMeter/Gatling), defect triaging, and continuous improvement of QA practices.Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, they support all phases of the SDLC, coordinate testing activities, and ensure timely defect resolution. The QA Tester-II is expected to work independently, take ownership, and consistently meet deadlines to deliver high-quality applications.Perform QA analysis and testing of complex internal and third-party applications, with a focus on automation and software quality. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites using tools like Selenium, Playwright, C#, xUnit.net, and Jenkins (CI/CD), including AI-driven testing solutions.Conduct performance testing using JMeter/Gatling and capture key metrics. Create well-structured test plans, scenarios, and cases, and plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing across all SDLC phases.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure testability. Identify, log, and track defects, working with teams for timely resolution.Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools, techniques, and methodologies, with a focus on performance, scalability, and automation.Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to align testing with team goals. Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and quality risks to stakeholders.Prepare test documentation (plans, cases, results) and execute manual and automated tests as needed. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and take ownership while collaborating effectively with the team.Skills:
• 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation (including back-end, front-end UI, and regression testing).
• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education/work experience.
• Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, xUnit, Cucumber).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Excellent coding skills, preferably in .NET and C#.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with API testing, including automated API tests.
• Experience with AI testing tools to optimize test automation implementation and enhance test efficiency.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies (e.g., SpecFlow).
• Experience working within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) process and knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems, web technologies, and network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced team environment.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in triaging, analyzing, and identifying defects.
• Ability to take initiative, offer suggestions, and provide resolutions proactively.
• Passion for delivering business value and willingness to perform other assigned tasks.
• Ability to provide regular updates, system solutions, and communicate issues to the team leader.

Automation Skills:
• 5 years of experience developing automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar testing tools.
• 4 years of experience with C#, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, xUnit.net, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices, specifically Jenkins.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation best practices and design patterns.
• 2 years of experience in performance testing using JMeter/Gatling tools.
• 1 years of hands-on experience using AI technologies for QA activities.
Preferred:
• Experience with Gherkin language using BDD tools such as SpecFlow or similar.
• API testing experience, including creating automated tests at the API level.
• Experience in database operations and proficiency in SQL for testing purposes.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Cursor) to develop and implement test automation.
• Mobile test automation experience.
