We are hiring for the leading life insurance company for CAT Channel.Designation: Branch Relationship Manager(Team Handling role)Location: Pune, Belgaum, Kolhapur, Udaipur, Vadodara(Baroda)CTC-Upto 9lpaJob Responsibilities:1)Identify, interview and select sales executives with support fromHR.2)To meet the following productivity measures for the unit:3)Premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention and ahigh % of executives exceeding planned productivity standards4)Exceed revenue targets5)Undertake joint field work with executives andobserve/demonstrate successful selling skills6)Conduct Fortnightly performance review (PRP) with executives7)Help executives use the GOLD system for maximizing businessfrom a given target market8)Supervise daily activity plan of all executives to ensure thatthese are being fulfilled as per the desired levels9)Ensure that all executives under supervision perform 100% asper the companys rules and regulations wrt.
