Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development AssociateCompany: [Futureopts Learning Academy] Location:Vadodara,Gujarat Experience Required:4-10 Years (Sales or Business Development Experience Only) Employment Type: Full-timeRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new clients through direct business development strategies, cold calling, and networking.
    • Business Presentations & Closing Deals: Present the companys offerings, address client concerns, and close deals on the spot.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients at their location (office/home) to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Sales & Business Reporting: Track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups, and manage a CRM to maintain accurate records.
    • Achieve Business Development Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development goals and sales targets.
    • Late-Night Shifts: This position requires working late-night shifts (hours will be communicated during the interview), ideal for those comfortable with non-traditional working hours.
    Desired Skills and Qualifications:
    • 4 to 10 years of direct sales or business development experience (must have prior experience,).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to close deals effectively and confidently.
    • Compulsory Requirements: Smartphone, laptop, and vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler).
    • Comfort with late-night working hours and flexibility.
    • Must be genuinely interested in business development and driven by achieving targets and financial success.
    Salary and Benefits:
    • In-Hand Salary: 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum (depending on experience).
    • Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives.
    • Career growth and additional benefits as per company policy.
    Terms and Conditions:
    • Notice Period: Standard notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Probation Period: 3-6 months probation period, subject to performance review.
    • Late-Night Shifts: Flexibility for late-night hours (work hours will be confirmed during the interview process).
    • Ownership of Assets: Employees must have their own smartphone, laptop, and vehicle. The company may offer reimbursement for certain business-related expenses.
    • Incentives and Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and bonuses are contingent on meeting business development targets and other set KPIs.
    • Confidentiality Agreement: Employees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to maintain the confidentiality of company and client data.
