Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients at their location (office/home) to tailor solutions.
    • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales, cold calling, and networking.
    • Sales Presentations & Closing Deals: Explain product benefits clearly, address client concerns, and close deals on the spot.
    • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
    Desired Skills and Qualifications:
    • direct sales or field sales experience.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to close deals effectively and confidently.
    Salary and Benefits:
    • In-hand Salary: 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
    • Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives.

    Terms and Conditions:
    • Late-Night: Flexibility for late-night hours (work hours will be confirmed during the interview process).
    • Ownership of Assets: Employees must have their own smartphone, laptop, and vehicle. The company may offer reimbursement for certain business-related expenses.
    • Incentives and Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and bonuses are contingent on meeting sales targets and other set KPIs.
