Job Description

    Position: Casa Sales OfficerLocation: VadodaraDepartment: SalesReports To: Branch Manager / Sales ManagerRole & Responsibilities:
    • Sales of Banking & Third-Party Products:
      • Focus on selling a range of banking products, including:
        • Savings & Current Accounts
        • Term Deposits
        • Debit & Credit Cards
        • Payment Gateway Solutions
        • Life & General Insurance
        • Mutual Funds
        • Retail Assets
        • Online Trading Platforms
    • Market & Customer Mapping:
      • Research market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
    • Customer Engagement:
      • Regularly meet potential and existing customers to offer personalized solutions.
      • Build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty.
    • Cross-Selling & Upselling:
      • Identify opportunities to sell additional products to new and existing customers.
    • Achieve Sales Targets:
      • Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
      • Track and adjust sales strategies based on performance.
    • Compliance & Certification:
      • Adhere to KYC norms, compliance regulations, and legal requirements.
      • Obtain certifications (AMFI, EUIN) as required.
    • CRM & Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
      • Provide timely reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Campaign Participation:
      • Engage in bank-led marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to drive sales.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Sales Skills:
      • Strong sales orientation, ability to meet targets and build client relationships.
    • New Customer Acquisition:
      • Proven ability to acquire new customers, particularly high-net-worth individuals.
    • Business Development:
      • Ability to foster long-term client relationships and promote further product sales.
    • Compliance Adherence:
      • Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and KYC requirements.
    Desired Skills:
    • Sales Orientation:
      • Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Communication & Negotiation:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • Prior sales experience, particularly in banking, insurance, or financial products.
    • Certifications:
      • AMFI and EUIN certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain them).
