Job Description

    Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints, and experience in site execution, column preparation, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities :
    1. Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Read, understand, and execute work as per construction drawings and blueprints.
    2. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams for smooth project execution.
    3. Handle site measurements, layout marking, column preparation, and structural work supervision. Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
    4. Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to management. Verify material usage and maintain site records and documentation. Conduct inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality control. Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
    Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
    1. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of column preparation, structural work, and site supervision.
    2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic construction software. Good understanding of construction materials and site safety practices. Strong communication and coordination skills.
    3. Problem-solving and project management abilities. Qualifications Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 35 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
    4. Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Hands-on site execution experience.
    5. Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong technical and organizational skills. Capable of working in fast-paced construction environments.
