The ideal candidate may not necessarily have prior knowledge in agriculture but should possess the skill set to enhance existing agricultural content, especially from a marketing and user-engagement perspective. This role will require the candidate to wear multiple hats, ranging from scriptwriting for videos to curating content for marketing materials. *Key Responsibilities:**Scriptwriting: Draft engaging and hook-driven. scripts for various platforms, including YouTube, reels, and other video formats.Marketing Content: Manage and develop content for various marketing collateral such as blogs, articles, brochures, company profiles, websites, applications, hoardings, flyers, and more.Content Enhancement: Revise and elevate pre-existing content, especially agricultural content, to make it more engaging from both marketing and user perspectives.Language Proficiency: Effectively write in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, tailoring the tone and style to cater to diverse audiences.Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and insights to ensure content relevancy.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce cohesive and effective content campaigns. *Essential Skills:**Multilingual Proficiency: Strong written skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.Content Strategy: Ability to create content that aligns with marketing goals and user needs.Versatility: Aptitude to write across various formats, be it video scripts, blogs, brochures, or digital content.Engagement Tactics: A knack for crafting hooks and engaging content that retains audience attention.SEO Awareness: Basic understanding of SEO practices to ensure online content ranks well in search engines. *Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Literature, or related fields.- Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, with a diverse portfolio.- Strong research skills and the ability to understand and adapt to industry-specific jargon (especially if unfamiliar with agriculture).- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.At MahakalAgro, we believe that words have the power to inspire change.
