Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Service Representative E-Learning PlatformJob Summary: We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our e-learning platform. In this role, you will assist students preparing for their academic studies by providing support for course selection, technical assistance, and guidance on using our platform effectively. You will ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for all users.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist students with navigating the e-learning platform and using its features.
    • Provide support for academics issues related to course access, materials, and resources.
    • Respond to inquiries about course content, schedules, and assignments.
    • Guide students on academic resources available to support their studies.
    • Address and resolve student concerns in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and escalate issues when needed.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma required (degree in Education,related field preferred).
    • Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online learning tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
