Job Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Education Coach to work with school students to provide study counseling, monitor academic progress, and facilitate communication with both students and parents. The Education Coach will guide students through their educational journey, helping them build effective study habits and achieve their academic goals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide personalized study counseling to students, helping them develop effective study habits and time management skills.
    • Assess and track students academic progress, identifying areas of improvement and creating action plans.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with both students and parents to discuss academic progress, set goals, and address concerns.
    • Provide motivational support and help students stay focused on their academic responsibilities.
    • Offer guidance on exam preparation, school projects, and any other academic challenges.
    • Maintain detailed records of students progress and meeting notes to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Science.
    • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English is compulsory for this role.
    • Must own a laptop and smartphone to conduct virtual meetings and stay connected with students and parents.
    Work Schedule:
    • Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
    • Tuesday is weekly off
