Job Description

    Were Hiring: Skilled Technicians Location: Atladra, Vadodara Qualification: ITI / Diploma Experience Required: 12to 15 years in Relevant FieldPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Motor Winder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in rewinding motors up to 50kW, motor testing, and repairing related spare parts. This role is critical to supporting our maintenance and repair operations with technical precision and reliability.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform rewinding of AC/DC motors up to 50kW capacity.
    • Conduct testing of electric motors using standard diagnostic procedures and instruments.
    • Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs to restore motor functionality.
    • Repair and refurbish spare parts such as coils, stators, rotors, and windings.
    • Maintain accurate records of repair, testing, and rewinding activities.
    • Adhere to safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
    Required Skills & Competencies:
    • In-depth knowledge of motor winding and rewinding techniques.
    • Familiarity with motor testing procedures, including insulation resistance, continuity, and load tests.
    • Ability to repair and maintain motor components and spare parts.
    • Proficient in reading electrical drawings and schematics.
    • Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work independently or in a team.
    Preferred Background:
    • Candidates with prior experience in motor repair workshops, industrial maintenance departments, or OEM support services will be preferred.
