Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation & Costing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of estimation and costing processes, particularly in relation to panels.     • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring all aspects are considered and documented.
    • Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive costing models.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimation.
    • Review and assess bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing to inform cost estimates.
    • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Provide support during project execution by monitoring costs and identifying potential variances.
    • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding cost management strategies.
    QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in estimation and costing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
    • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of panels and related materials is highly desirable.
