Job Description

Description:1. Operational Leadership & Manufacturing Excellence Direct all manufacturing activities for the XF division, ensuring high performance standards forall products and applications. Implement and monitor Manufacturing Budgets based on sales projections and profitabilitytargets. Drive continuous improvement through TQM (Total Quality Management), 5S, and LeanManufacturing best practices. Oversee SAP implementation and ensure real-time data accuracy for operational decision-making.2. End-to-End Plant Management Procurement & Commercial: Manage the supply chain, from raw material procurement tofinished product dispatch and inventory control. Costing & Productivity: Lead cost-saving projects and monitor expenses to optimize theunits P&L performance. Work upon improving the profitability of the Unit. Technical Oversight: Manage the complexities of multi-layer co-extrusion and cross-molecular orientation technologies.3. Compliance Industrial Relations (IR): Proactively address IR issues, including the management of unionsor contract labor to ensure a harmonious work environment. Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, administrative manuals,and safety regulations (ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS standards). Capability Building: Focus on organizational culture, employee empowerment, and skilldevelopment within the plants.4. Strategic Coordination Liaise closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align production schedules with customerdemand. Ensure consistent excellence in customer service through product quality and timely delivery.Key Details: Stability: A stable career graph with significant tenures in previous organizations is mandatory.Expertise: Must have handled multiple plants or a large-scale unit with multi-product portfolios. Skills: Strong command over systems and processes, financial acumen (P&L management),and excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce.
