    Position: Graduate TraineeLocation: Vadodara, GujaratThe Role:This role demands attentiveness and adherence to process instructions and deadlines. Multitasking skill is the key requirement of this role. As process runs 24*7, rotational shift would be provided or can be changed as per the business requirements.Key Accountabilities: Interaction with clients (UK Clients) through phone call and Email Proactive Monitoring of customer applications, Server health, Daily transactions at retailer end Periodic report generation & extraction for customers Troubleshooting issues in a prescribed scope Executing SQL queries as per customer requirementPlease note that this role works on a rotational shift basis to ensure sufficient coverage for 24/7 and meet the needs of the business.Your background:Essential: Good communication skills, Verbal and Written both, is a MUST Basic knowledge about Desktop, MS - Office, Window OS, Networking, Database management systems Basic. understanding and hands on experience on remote serverDesirable: Able to share ideas with the team and self-confident Go-getter and solution oriented personality Very quick learner and keen to learn new things Reliable & accountable individual who can manage client interaction Meeting work requirements by adhering to stipulated time frames,
