Job Description

    Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Counseor to join our team. As a Counselor at FutureOpts, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our services. Your primary goal will be convert prospects into customers, and help drive the growth of our platform.Responsibilities:
    • Contact potential clients via phone to introduce FutureOpts services.
    • Explain course offerings, benefits, and features to prospects.
    • Address customer queries and provide relevant information about the platform.
    • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable courses or packages.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
    • Basic understanding of the e-learning industry is a plus.
    • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Comfortable with using CRM software and other communication tools.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
