The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hostel facilities and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for students.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for all residents.Manage hostel staff and coordinate their activities to maintain cleanliness and order.Address and resolve any student issues or conflicts that arise in a timely manner.Maintain records related to hostel operations, including attendance and maintenance requests.Organize and supervise hostel events and activities to foster community among residents.Enforce hostel rules and regulations, ensuring compliance among residents.Liaise with parents, faculty, and university administration regarding student welfare and concerns.Utilize MS Office for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.Qualifications:Any graduate with a professional degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warden or similar supervisory role, preferably in an educational institution.Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle emergencies and student concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
