Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Executive Sales with 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction chemical industry. The role involves driving sales growth through effective client engagement, project follow-ups, and strong market presence.The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting contractors, builders, and project consultants, and promoting products to achieve sales targets. You will handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures. Regular site visits and relationship management with key stakeholders will be crucial for success in this role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.Preference will be given to candidates with a civil engineering background; however, any graduate with relevant sales experience can apply. Experience in construction chemicals will be a strong advantage.This role requires local travel and offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment.
