Job Description

    We are hiring for a leading EV Battery Manufacturing Company. Position: Operator Location: Kotambi, Waghodiya Department: EV Battery Manufacturing Job Type: Contract-based Experience: 3 to 5 Years Qualification: ITI / DiplomaAbout the Company: We are a leading manufacturer of Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries, dedicated to driving the transition towards sustainable energy. Our plant at Kotambi, Waghodiya, is fully operational and at the forefront of EV battery manufacturing. We are looking for skilled operators to join our team and contribute to the growth of the EV industry.Key Responsibilities:
    • Machine Operation & Monitoring: Operate and oversee machinery and equipment used in the EV battery production process.
    • Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure the quality of the batteries, adhering to specified standards.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery or production processes and report to supervisors for resolution.
    • Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
    • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and report on daily production output, machine performance, and any incidents.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: ITI certification or a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in battery manufacturing or related industries.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic equipment maintenance.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and ensuring production meets company standards.
    • Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
    • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of industrial safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
