Job Description

    Job Title: Maintenance ManagerDepartment: MaintenanceDesignation: ManagerExperience: 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.Salary Range: Negotiable, with no limit for suitable candidates or as per company policy.Location: VadodaraWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance department at Aalidhra Pharmachem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance operations, preferably within the API Unit of a USFDA-approved Pharma company. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery, equipment, and facilities within our organization.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.2. Manage and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.3. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities to. minimize disruptions to production.4. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify and address any issues proactively.5. Oversee the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set forth by USFDA, about maintenance operations.7. Implement preventive maintenance measures to extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.8. Troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance-related problems promptly.9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.10. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in maintenance management.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or related field.- 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a USFDA-approved Pharma company.- Strong leadership and managerial skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and regulations.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
