    We have an opening for Patient Care & Admin Executive.Job Title: Patient Care & AdminLocation:VadodaraSalary: Up to 1.50 Lacs to 2 Lacs PAJOB DESCRIPTION OF PATIENT CARE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE:Role & Responsibility:
    1. Medical Product Sales
    • Responsible for the medical Sales Figure for the allotted clinic.
    • Responsible for the Clinic portability in the respective medical products.
    • Approach the Patient for a new medical product according to their treatment.
    • Follow up on Company protocol.
    • Responsible for stock inventory timely
    1. Slot Utilization
    • Make sure all booking slots should be booked.
    • Responsible for 100% utilization of booking slots.
    • Responsible for proper follow-up of old customers for Appointments.
    • Responsible for total footfall during the whole month.
    • Responsible for New Patient Appointment.
    • Timely follow-up with the patient to review progress and health.
    • Patient Adherence
    • Providing end-to-end support to the patient during Clinic visits.
    • Give proper Guidance to the patient as advised by the doctor.
    • Make sure to give proper medicine to the patient as prescribed by the DR.
    • Make sure proper Sitting arrangements for the patient in the Clinic.
    • Maintain proper Hygiene and neatness inside the Clinic.
    • Make sure the patient has an understanding of his Medicine.
    1. Grievances Handling
    • Make sure to handle patient compliant so politely.
    • Clear all the doubts of patients if they have any.
    • Listen attentively to patient queries.
    • Make sure the Patient problem is resolved.
