Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and highly resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director of a dynamic and fast-growing Construction Chemicals Manufacturing Company. The successful candidate will be a key enabler of the MDs success, ensuring their time is effectively managed and operations run smoothly. This role requires a high level of initiative, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal PA will not only handle the administrative tasks but will also contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Time Management: Efficiently manage the MDs calendar, prioritizing critical tasks and ensuring that the most important meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met.
    • Communication Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for all internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing calls, emails, and requests on behalf of the MD.
    • Business Operations Support: Assist the MD in preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and other critical business documents, ensuring a seamless flow of information across departments.
    • Confidential Handling: Maintain confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and business matters, acting as a trusted advisor to the MD.
    • Meeting Coordination: Oversee the logistics of meetings, from scheduling and agenda preparation to taking minutes and following up on action items.
    • Project Assistance: Support the MD in the execution of special projects, particularly those involving cross-functional teams or client-facing engagements.
    • Travel & Event Planning: Organize complex travel arrangements and handle the logistical coordination for key events, ensuring smooth execution.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment of the MDs priorities with company goals and deadlines.
