    Urgent Opening for Process Development ManagerJob Title: Process Development Manager - APILocation: VadodaraPosition Overview: The Process Development Manager will lead the development and optimization of API manufacturing processes. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure the efficient and compliant scale-up of processes from lab to commercial production.Key Responsibilities:Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for API production, ensuring scalability and reproducibility.Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams to ensure smooth transition of processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise in process chemistry, engineering, and technology transfer.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and safety while minimizing waste.Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of all processes, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Training: Mentor and train junior scientists and engineers on process development methodologies and best practices.Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all processes adhere to cGMP and other relevant guidelines.Qualifications:Education: Ph.D. or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 10 years of experience in process development within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in API development.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, process engineering, and analytical techniques.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.Thanks & RegardsChetna ParmarMobile No.: hidden_mobileEmail-pharma.jobs@evokehr.com
