Product Manager Technical (Business Analyst)

Role Overview:As a Product Manager Technical (Business Analyst) at Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of high-impact digital solutions at the intersection of business and technology. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders, translating requirements into user stories, and ensuring efficient solution delivery in a client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient solution delivery- Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments- Support API integrations, system interactions, and data mapping activities- Ensure quality through UAT coordination, validation, and defect tracking- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and external stakeholders- Contribute to continuous improvement of product features and delivery processesQualifications Required:- 610 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models- Expertise in requirement gathering, user stories, BRD/FRD creation- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Experience working in client-facing roles and hybrid delivery modelsAdditional Details:Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consulting firm that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity in its open culture.
