Job Description

    Job title:Project ManagerJob location:Vadodara, Gujarat.Work experience:
    • At least12 years of experience in deploying large-scale enterprise systems, ERPs
    • Overallminimum 10 Years of hands-on experience in project management,
    • Minimum1-2 years of experience handling projects in e-Commerce or ERP
    • Experience in managing budgets, project plans, resource allocations, and priorities
    • Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
    • PMP, ACP, or CSM certification is a plus
    • Previous work experience in Agile environment is a plus
    • Knowledge of conventional eCommerce business process flows like payment gateways, shipping, WMS, OMS, CRM, PIM, ERP etc. is a plus
    Job Profile:
    • The ideal candidate will be passionate, realistic, optimistic, self-driven, autonomous, and a fast learner,but the key attribute that will bring success is that you will OWN theproject life cycle completely.
    • Develop and apply appropriate project management standards from project initiation through delivery.
    • Gather requirements for project stakeholders, including customers, external vendors and internaldepartments
    • Create, develop and maintain project plans including objectives, deliverables and schedules.
    • Manage multiple projects and ensure targets are achieved promptly at all the stages of softwaredevelopment lifecycle.
    • Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders and customer relationships
    • Should be innovative in simplifying complex business requirements which can be successfullyconverted into technical scalable designs for future enhancements.
    • Work closely with clients to identify and analyze business requirements. Work with Solution Architectsto craft appropriate, cost-effective, scalable solutions.
    • Proven track record of project leadership delivering projects within defined timeframes.
    • Provide support to project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting;financial management; change management across the PMO
    • Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business
    • Ensure efficient change control methods and process are utilised
    • Recruit and develop Project Management resources
    • Lead the way through quality deliverables all along the project life cycle
    • Ensure project success on all parameters Scope, Cost, Schedule && Quality through PM resources
    • Drive right solutions as a customer advocate in all streams building business confidence inengineering
    • Conduct regular standup/SCRUM conversations.
    • Work with Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to support active client projects ensuring projectrequirements and deadlines are met
    • Work closely with internal team members and other departments to ensure that project goals andmilestones are accomplished
    CTC:Rs 24.0 lpa to Rs 28 lpa
