Job Description

    Experience : Fresher (0)Qualification : MBA or Any Master degreeThe Quality Control Analyst is responsible for the inspection and review of all data collections provided by Class Valuations Property Data Collector network. The review of these data collections will consist of rule and requirement checks against GSE and Company standards.Core responsibilities: English communication must required. Review digital twins of residential subject properties for consistency and completeness. Leverage company`s proprietary INvision Desktop platform to rule check against Desktop, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac requirements. Provide direct feedback regarding process improvement opportunities, vendor trends, platform observations or any other relevant areas. Remain up to date with best Virtual Inspection practices as well as client & GSE specific sensitivities/requirements. Promote a social environment whereby questions are asked when uncertainties surface. Maintain performance that. is in line with designated KPI targets (relates to both quality & speed).
