Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are urgently hiring for the position of Safety Officer at Hitachi Energy India Ltd, Maneja, Vadodara, Gujarat. The role is on the payroll of Keshav Encon Pvt. Ltd. and offered on a 1-year TPC contract (extendable based on performance). Position: Safety Officer Location: Maneja, Vadodara, Gujarat Client: Hitachi Energy India Limited Payroll Company: Keshav Encon Pvt. Ltd. Contract Type: TPC 1 Year (extendable)Eligibility Criteria:Experience:5-10 Years Qualification (any one):
    • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
    • Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety
    • Bachelors Degree with Safety Certification
    Industry Preference: Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing units will be strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement and monitor safety protocols on-site
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
    • Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety norms
    • Deliver safety training to employees and contractors
    • Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
