The candidate must be a graduate pass out from any stream. 2. 0.6 to 1 Year of experience in sales is preferred 3. The job requires extensive traveling so the candidate must be willing to travel within the city. 4. Candidate must have good communication skills.Job description:1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regularintervals with the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.Total Years of Work Experience (In Years): 6 months to 3 yearsEducation : Any Graduates / Post Graduates OnlyRelevant Industry : Sales background in any industry (BFSI Industry would be preferred)Total Years of Relevant Work Experience (In Years): 6 months to 3 yearsMandatory Skills : Business Development, Field Sales, Relationship OfficerSalary (LPA) : 1.80 to 2.40 Lacs (for Gujarat) & 2.00 to 3.50 Lacs (for Delhi-NCR Region)Allowance (Food / Travel/ mobile-net) : NAMedical benefits (yes/no) : YesIncentives / Variable( LPA) : Yes, depends on performance
