Job Description

    1)Training Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, and resources for sales training programs.Design and develop training modules, workshops, and other learning activities.2)Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members.Ensure that sales training programs are engaging, effective, and aligned with sales strategies.Use a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, virtual training, role-playing, and on-the-job coaching.3*)Sales Process Knowledge: *Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the sales process.Ensure sales representatives are knowledgeable about the companys products or services and can effectively communicate their value to customers.4)Performance Evaluation:Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives during and after training.Provide feedback and coaching to improve their sales skills and techniques.5)Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with the. sales management team to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.Modify training programs to address identified gaps and areas of improvement.6)Documentation and Reporting:Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations.Prepare and present training reports to management.7)Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales management team to understand training needs and provide solutions.Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment between sales and other functions.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From 25,000.00 per monthBenefits: Cell phone reimbursementAbility to commute/relocate: Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer91 hidden_mobile,
