We are looking out for an individual who can collaborate closely with business and project stakeholders on a wide variety of executive presentations put across for internal and external team members along with supporting our business operations team towards data analysis, MIS reporting etc He/she needs to be a Visualization expert who can build on our brand guidelines to create powerful branding collaterals that makes an impact. Execute layout design, digital design, create materials for various campaign, along with building. skills in data visualization and data presentation. The incumbent should be a skilled and experienced Data Analyst specializing in content visualization to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming complex data into compelling visual stories that drive actionable insigh ts. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, create engaging visualizations, and communicate findings effectively.Objectives of this RoleCreate branding materials to send a strong message using content visualizationHelp to support diverse teams within tight timelinesMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceBrainstorm and build a storyboard on content to be presented to the executive leadership team Responsibilities & Skills RequiredStrong communication skills with an inquisitiveness to understand and solve business problemsDevelop rich presentations, Facilitator Guides, Participant materials, pre- and post-workshop assignment, Train the Trainer materials, and AssessmentsPossess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop, etc.Relevant years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience (PowerPoint certification not required, but would be added advantage)Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audiences attentionProven ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment in a corporate settingOutstanding attention to details and takes pride in creating the message through outstanding visuals/graphicsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.Collect, clean, and pre-process data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Work closely with content creators, marketers, and product teams to develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visualsAbility to coordinate and work on cross-functionally with other teamsStrong writing and visual design skills to be able to deliver professional quality output for a global audienceExcellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, typography, colour, interaction designQualification/ ExperienceBachelors degree in design or related field with relevant work experienceProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorExperience on creating graphic contents for marketing collateralsExcellent analytical skills and storytelling skillsProven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on content visualization.Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the bigger pictureComfortable with juggling facts, figures, and numbers through ExcelCommunication skills, both written and oralCritical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findingsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.About Ascendion : Ascendion is an ally for clients seeking enterprise digital innovation.
