Job Description

    Position: Sr CounsellorExperience Required: 1 - 4 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in study abroad/education/visa consultancy. Location:VadodaraEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
    • Student Counselling: Guide students on suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
    • Visa Guidance: Assist students with visa documentation, interview preparation, and application processes.
    • Application Support: Help students with university applications, SOPs, and required paperwork.
    • Information Sessions: Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to provide clarity on study abroad opportunities.
    • Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with students, parents, and partner institutions.
    • Market Awareness: Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
    • Maintain and report various MIS
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Experience:1 - 4 years in counselling, preferably in education, immigration, or consultancy.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English , Hindi and Gujarati.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to empathize, motivate, and guide students effectively.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and online application portals.
