Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Role Overview:As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Wiser Solutions, you will be a key member of the online price intelligence operations team. Your main responsibility will be onboarding new and supporting existing eCommerce clients. You will face challenges such as learning the idiosyncrasies of Wiser bots, utilizing Python for efficient methodologies, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This evening shift position requires working from 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST during Daylight Saving Time in the United States.Key Responsibilities:- Handle minor and major operational tasks promptly- Ensure the continuous functionality of customer systems by monitoring system jobs, import, and export processes- Become a backend database expert for the price intelligence product- Assist in troubleshooting product issues- Support the customer engagement team with system administration tasks- Set up and maintain interactive dashboards for clients to review results- Act as QA and review code during fixes or changes- Collaborate with software developers, customer engagement, and sales teams to deliver market intelligence- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction- Help in developing, documenting, and implementing support processes and metrics for the team- Maintain regular and reliable work attendanceQualifications:- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field- Good working knowledge of the internet and advanced searching capabilities- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Organized with attention to detail, professional attitude, and dependability- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment- 2 years of experience writing code in Python- Experience using SQL or NoSQL to retrieve data (preferred)- Experience with version control (Github preferred)- Experience in crawling, parsing, and reporting large datasets (preferred)- Bash scripting experience in UNIX/Linux environment (preferred)Note: Wiser Solutions Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation of any kind.
