Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum Admin Personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities: Telecalling:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
    • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
    • Generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
    Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases.
    • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
    • Assist in organizing meetings and events.
    • Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
    Customer Service:
    • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
