Job Description

    Job Role:Candidate is responsible for driving the insurance business for the assigned area. It includes salesof both life and non-life insurance products and the after sales services, in case of queries. To helpthe sales team and advisors on services / claim settlements etc. To maintain good relationshipswith insurance companies. Also to help the sales team to bring new advisors.To develop the insurance business in assigned territory by supporting the SalesTeam. Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with theBranch Manager. Training of the advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office. Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities. Activity Planning, Execution, and overall team management. Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into thebusiness.Products: Both Life and Non-Life InsuranceExperience :8 - 1 2 yrs experience in both life & non- life insurance selling. Preferred candidate who hasworked in B2B (Business to Business) model OR Agency Model, who has handled the Business Partners /Advisors. Team handling experience should be there.
