We are passionate about travel and sharing the worlds wonders while providing best-in-class services to facilitate our travelers business and personal travel needs.Job Summary:The Travel Desk Executive will act as the representative of All 4 Seasons at the client site, managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including ticketing, visa processing, hotel bookings, and accounts clearance. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure a seamless travel experience for the client while maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Travel Management: Handle domestic and international ticket bookings for the client. Coordinate hotel reservations and ground transportation based on travel requirements. Process visa applications and ensure all necessary travel documentation is accurate and up-to-date.2. Accounts Management: Maintain detailed records of travel expenses and reconcile accounts for the client. Collaborate with the finance team to address any discrepancies in accounts.3. Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing travel-related queries and providing prompt assistance. Represent All 4 Seasons professionally and ensure client satisfaction at all times. Liaise between the client and internal teams to resolve issues and meet service expectations.4. Vendor Coordination: Work with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to secure the best deals for the client. Monitor vendor performance and ensure high-quality services are delivered.5. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on travel bookings, expenses, and pending accounts. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the clients policies and industry standards.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 23 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in ticketing, visas, and hotel bookings.Skills:Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing.Strong understanding of visa procedures and hotel booking platforms.Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Key Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work independently at the client site. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Customer-focused mindset and professionalism.Work Environment: The role is based at the clients office in Baroda.
