Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP B1 Executive with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Business One and will be responsible for supporting our business operations through effective management and utilization of the SAP B1 system.Key Responsibilities:
    • System Administration: Manage and maintain the SAP B1 environment, including configuration, customization, and upgrades.
    • User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure efficient use of the SAP B1 system.
    • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the SAP B1 system, including regular data audits and backups.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations and performance.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAP B1 system.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions within the SAP B1 framework.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards and regulations.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the SAP B1 system promptly.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 customization and configuration.
    • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Certifications: SAP B1 certification is a plus.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with SAP B1 integration with other business systems.
    • Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, inventory, and production.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
