Job Description

    Were Hiring: *Piping Engineer* Oil & Gas / Chemical | Vadodara (MNC Client)Location: Vadodara*Job Type: TPC**Duration: 6 months / 1-year contractExperience: 7-10 YearsQualification: B.E. Mechanical EngineeringJob Profile:1. Review and confirm code basis for each project in Collaboration with other disciplines to comply with engineering requirements andDetail Engineering schedule.2. Familiar with API, ANSI, ASME and other national & international applicable Code, Standard & specifications.3. Preparation/Review/Development of design basis, Specification.4. Prepare / Review of Piping Material Specification (PMS), Valve Material Specification (VMS), Equipment Layout, Nozzle orientationdrawing, Piping Layout / GAD, Isometric drawings, Pipe Supports Detailed Drawing & Plant 3D Model.5. Vendor offer reveiw, prepare Technical Query (TQ), review of Technical Bid Analysis & post order Vendor Document review.6. Find root cause for frequent failure of critical lines by performing stress analysis.7. Actively participate in Consultant / Vendor meetings to understand requirement and provide technical assiatance as and whenrequired.8. Travel to Zone/Vendor Shop/Consultant office for meeting, inspection & other Detail Engineering activities.9. Provide technical support to external design resources, vendors and fabricators.10. Prepare / review of material take-off (MTO)11. Work planning & scheduling12. Participated and drive the various stage of model reveiw like 30% ,60% & 90%13.
