Job Description

    • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Role and Responsibilities
      • Meet and exceed sales targets.
      • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
      • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives!
      • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
      • Should be able to generate a GP of 3 times his CTC.
      • Calculations, creation and coordination of offers
      • Analysis of market and identification of customer needs
      • 3-5 years of Freight forwarding sales experience
      • 5 8 years of experience for Manager
      • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
      • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving given targets
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • A degree in any discipline
      Preferred SkillsKnowledge of MS Office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
