The role involves outbound calling, explaining loan products, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
    • Explain loan products, offers, and benefits clearly to customers
    • Generate leads and convert them into sales
    • Maintain and update customer records in the system/CRM
    • Follow up with interested customers and close sales
    • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
    • Provide good customer support and service experience
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 0-4 years (Freshers can also apply)
    • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
    • Languages Required:English Tamil Malayalam Kannada
