    • Manage day-to-day pharmacy outlet operations
    • Handle sales performance and manpower management
    • Lead and motivate outlet teams to achieve targets

    • Manage 20-25 MedPlus retail stores in Visakhapatnam, including regular store visits and sales follow-ups.
    • Handle employee coordination and resolve manpower-related issues to ensure smooth store operations.
