    PROJECT SALES INCHARGE* Closing sales leads and prospects as per the process of residential selling.* Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development by using CRM (training provided if necessary)* Good Negotiator with strong conviction and convincing skills* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* Good with follow ups* Good with absorbing Product knowledge and well presented individual.* This role requires to work on weekends/ holidays and weekly-off provided during weekdays.* Strong verbal communications skills.* Good listening and presentation skills.* Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
