Job Description

    Designation: Regional sales ManagerPreference: The person to MP or Up or Ap or TS and Settled in Hyderabad JOB TITLE / JOB SUMMARY : Responsible to increase the sales and revenue of the organization. To oversee the sales operations of your territory and monitoring your sales engineers performance ROUTINE DUTIES :1:Morning SMS about team members time and visit to first customer and their team members visit details. 2) Request for quotations and follow to ensure the customer receives the quotation from office. 3) Monitor team members daily activities and should be responsible for achieving the team Targets. 4) Checking their Field Staff Enquiry Register regularly and follow up of potential enquiries through Team.5 Following up the India mart/Trade India/Office Enquirers/Online Enquiries and updating the status in Daily Report 6) Required customers will be taken to Existing satisfied customers in their territory for reference. Extending necessary support to the team in closing the order. 7) Maintaining relationship and following up with Third party influencers/Foremen/Erection contractors to generate enquirers through them. 8) Sending orders to office along with advance payment for processing (Soft copy followed by Hard copies in courier) 9)Team Management10)Discussion innovative plan with my Team for sales growing11) Visiting Dealer regularly for enquirer and to strengthen relationship to retain potential dealers. PERIODICAL DUTIES :1) Arranging factory visit to potential customers to finalize Orders. 2)Building relationship with CA/Bank Managers/Project Report Making Consultants/DIC offices/TS IPASS People3) Sending their weekly Travel Bills after scrutinizing their team bills after approving the expenses (soft copy followed by hard copies in courier) 4)Identifying the influential persons and building relationship, who help in convincing the Millers to finalize order in our favor. 5)Sending Weekly/Monthly , Orders/ payment commitments for their entire team and trying to achieve the commitments. 6)Following of dispatches for getting released the balance payments.OCCASIONAL DUTIES : * Mobilizing all millers in their territory to visit our Stall during Exhibitions to generate enquirers. * Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences * Suggesting to put up stall at important Exhibitions and giving projections by putting up stall. RESPONSIBILITY Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and also aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
