Job Description

    Bringing new business to the company, meetings with new clients, follow-ups regarding payments.Monitoring and supervising the daily Royalty (License) fee collection from Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Discos, Event venues, Banquet Halls etc., through the licensing team all across the region.Making regular visits to different potential areas of the Region for market proliferation to increase the visibility of the organization.Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularlyIn the event of unauthorised use of our music, need to confront the host/ event manager/ hotel staff to ensure our legitimate license fee collection.This is a pure field job and involves extensive travel.The job also entails regular interaction and relationship building with various people.Accordingly, a confident personality, good communication skills and a pleasantness are essential.Further, he must have own 2- wheeler for field coverageHandling locations: Coimbatore, Vizag, Belgaum, Madurai, Vijaywada etc.Spoken Languages: English, Tamil & Telugu. Kannada and Malayalam will be a bonus
